On 3nd June, 2008, we received one inquiry from France. This client said she wanted to build a Chinese style building. But she did not know glazed tiles before. She had many questions, such as quantity, size, type, matched accessories, etc. Since it was the first time for her to build Chinese style building, she hoped to find one professional supplier, especially which had experience in project building. Considering this project was part of overseas sightseeing, our boss attached great importance to it. After our engineer and technical people’s study and discussion, we made the effect pictures according to client’s drawing. She was very satisfied with the effect pictures and highly praised our professional job.

After that, client and her family came to our factory. They looked over the production line, modern kiln, curved workshop and sample room. They spoke highly of workers’ traditional handicraft and products quality. Then we discussed the details of the project pleasantly. And we signed the contract soon.

When the products were delivered to France, client invited our boss to guide their installation. After the project was completed smoothly, our client expressed appreciation for our specialty, product quality and technical guidance.
