The Ancient City Of Lang Zhong

The Ancient City of Lang Zhong is located in Sichuan Province, which is the old town with thousand-year history. It is also the country of Chinese Spring Festival culture, and one of Chinese Four Old Cities. The whole area of this old city is up to 4.59 square kilometers. It has had 2300 year history by 2015.

There are many famous scenic spots in this old city, like Temple of Zhangfei, Yongan Temple, Five Dragons Temple, Buddhist Temple, etc. All of these buildings are built in the ancient and have long history and culture. They are very worthy for sightseeing.

The Ancient City of Lang Zhong is checkerboard layout. The buildings style compromises the merits of South and North China. It is the typical building group in Chinese old cities. There are plenty of housed in the old city, these houses have the style of Ming and Qing Dynasty. And most part of the houses use Chinese gabled roofs, which is simple. And all of the houses use grey Chinese roof tiles and dark color wooden structure. All of these elements make the old city form one unique style.
