The Luxury of the Imperial Palace in the Tang Dynasty

    Huaqing Palace is a unique palace for feudal emperors of the Tang Dynasty to visit. Many famous poets of the Tang Dynasty have described in their poems the magnificent palaces and the luxurious lives of kings here.

                                         

   The Huaqing Palace in the Tang Dynasty had a grand scale and many architectural complexes. Overall, the Tang Dynasty Huaqing Palace Site consists of three parts: Huaqing Palace, Lishan Forbidden Garden, and Zhaoying County. Emperor Xuanzong of Tang carefully managed and built such a grand palace that he would visit here almost every October. 

                                         

   The Tang Dynasty Huaqing Palace made full use of favorable terrain, making it a large and magnificent palace complex with a rigorous structure. The main hall is centered around a hot spring, forming the core of the Huaqing Palace. Then spread out towards the top and bottom of the mountain, utilizing the characteristics of the terrain to arrange different types and purposes of pavilions and pavilions, making the entire Huaqing Palace particularly enchanting.

                                        

    The architectural form of the Huaqing Palace is beautiful, with a rigorous layout, symmetrical and orderly layout, and a strong Tang Dynasty palace style.
