Jiaxiu Pavilion in Guiyang, China

The Jiaxiu Pavilion is a three-story, three-eaved and four-cornered penthouse, which is unique in the history of ancient Chinese architecture. The building is 22.9 meters high, with 12 stone columns supporting the eaves, protected by white sculpture flower stone railings, which stand upright, with windows and water islands, as in the picture. Climbing upstairs and overlooking, you can see the scenery all around. The Fuyu Bridge, like a white dragon lying on the waves, has a total length of more than 90 meters. It passes downstairs and connects both banks. There are Hanbi Pavilion on the bridge, Hanbi Pond and Shuiyue Platform under the bridge, and Cuiwei Pavilion on the south of the bridge, echoing from afar.

Jiaxiu Pavilion is divided into three parts: the first part is Fuyu Bridge; The second part is the main building of Jiaxiu Building; The third part is Cuiwei Garden. Cuiwei Garden is a group of ancient buildings in the Ming and Qing dynasties consisting of Gongnan Pavilion, Cuiwei Pavilion and Longmen Academy. At the same time, the newly-built Guizhou Ethnic Minority Traditional Costume Exhibition Hall has collected more than hundreds of traditional costumes, handmade embroidery and folk batiks of Miao, Dong, Yi, Shui, Gejia, Tujia, Buyi and other ethnic groups in Guizhou Province, which is amazing. The traditional costumes and handicrafts displayed in the museum are the embodiment of the culture and art of Guizhou ethnic minorities, and also the pride of Guizhou ethnic minorities.

Beside the Jiaxiu Pavilion, there is the only remaining Ming Dynasty building "Cuiwei Garden" in Guiyang, which was built in the reign of Xuande of the Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 560 years. It was originally a temple and garden, and the Nan'an Temple that Wang Yangming had visited was here. In Cuiwei Pavilion, an exhibition hall of Xiao Xian's calligraphy works has been opened. Xiao Xian is from Guiyang. She is a disciple of Kang Youwei and a famous calligrapher in contemporary China. Her handwriting expresses the hospitality of the people of Guizhou and welcomes tourists from all over the world to Guizhou and Jiaxiu Tower.

The Jiaxiu Tower is a rare and quiet place in the downtown area. The scenic area is quaint, and there are many tall buildings outside the scenic area. After nightfall, the lights are bright, and the figures are shaking. It has become the focus of historical culture and modern civilization. It is shining with the light of history in modern civilization, carrying forward the spirit of "Jiaxiu World", and guiding people to a better future.
