Color selection of glazed roof tiles

    Generally, yellow, green and blue are the most popular colors for glazed tiles, and yellow is the most noble color. It is only used on the main buildings such as the imperial palace and the altar temple. Even in the imperial palace, not all buildings are yellow glazed tiles, and the secondary buildings are green and green borders. However, with the maturity of modern technology and the change of people's preferences, the color of glazed tile is rich and colorful.

    Yellow is the most popular color in Chinese glazed tile architecture. The color of Chinese soil is red in the south, black in the north and yellow in the Central Plains.
