Hanzhong Museum

Hanzhong Museum is located in the center of Hanzhong City. It has 2200-year history already. Its area is about 8000 square meters. In the ancient, it is the palace of Liu Bang, which is the first emperor of Han Dynasty. At present, the palace is destroyed in the wall. Hanzhong Government built the museum on relic.

The building on the top is Wangjiang Tower, which is one tower with three layers. It is renovated in Nan Song Dynasty. Its height is 17.5 meters, it is the landmark building in Hanzhong City. On the top layer of this tower, you can see the Changjiang River, that is what this tower name comes from. The roof of Wangjiang Tower is installed by green glazed Chinese roof tiles and the dragon roof ornaments.

Another building --- Guimeng Hall, its roof is installed with three kinds of Chinese roof ttiles. They are: green glazed ridge tiles, grey unglazed roof tiles on the main roof, yellow glazed eaves and drip tiles on the eaves. The color match is very good.
